Hey! Today marks the start of a new year, doesn’t it?
And you know what that means. Inevitably, along with the new year comes new lists of resolutions, 90% of which, I would imagine, have at least one promise pertaining to improved health habits.
Sometimes our resolutions are about an enhanced workout commitment.
And other times they’re about focusing on a healthier diet.
And that’s where this post comes in.
Not the consuming of all of the existing bad food in your home, but rather the creation of new, healthy fare.
