Why Pondermom?

Why Pondermom?

IMG_0032Because I’m constantly pondering about concepts, relationships, creative outlets, and moral intrigues.  The thoughts continually swirl in my head.

Why blog?  Because having a place to freely share my continually swirling thoughts sounds like heaven.

Why not to blog? Because my skin is as thin as a butterfly’s wing, and I’ve seen how the internet can turn even kind-hearted souls into angry avengers. Have mercy!

Every week I’ll post in “So Here’s What I’m Thinking”, “What’s Cooking”, and, no doubt, a handful of thoughts in between.

Great blog, Becky. Congratulations! Was just in Park Ridge and saw your Mom for the first time in 30 years. Fond memories of so many. You are on the short list. Remember whar a wise and sensitive person you were in your Youth. This continues. Well done!

Val! My goodness, but what a blast from the past to hear from you. I’ll have to touch base with my mom to hear what’s new with you. Thanks for being such an understanding and brilliantly talented musical leader for St. Luke’s kids for so many years! You’ve been in my thoughts often.

  • Hi Becky:

I like your blog. Lots of neat ideas and a fresh new look at things
If you get a chance, take a look at my website. I would really like

About Me:

Hi! My name is Becky. I’m a mom, a wife, a friend, a writer, and a compulsive thinker. Don't invite me to a spa or to shop the day away, but rather, make me laugh, engage me in interesting conversation, play a game with me, or give me a cappuccino and homemade vanilla bean flan and I’m yours ‘til the cows come home.
